Dr. Beth Hagan became an entrepreneur in the early 1970's when she opened a printing business on the campus of the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. This location became the foundation for an eight-store chain that grew to be one of the United States' hundred largest quick printing companies. While experiencing the joys and challenges of growing a small business, she completed her M.Ed. and MBA degrees with an emphasis on small business management. Her Ph.D. is in Entrepreneurship Education.

While running the printing company that she sold in 1988, Beth taught business courses at the University of Illinois and consulted with hundreds of small business owners. Beth became a FastTrac™ facilitator in 1995 and has personally graduated more than six hundred business owners and managers in south Florida. She is also a national Master Facilitator for the Ewing M. Kaufman Foundation. As such, she conducts training for new facilitators and certifies them to deliver FastTrac™ in their own communities.

Dr. Hagan established Associates in Entrepreneurship Education to help educational institutions and associations provide small business management training across many diverse industries including aviation, nonprofits, entrepreneurship ministries, trucking and building.
